Privacy

What we process

• Gameplay: nicknames, room membership, votes, rankings, points, selected settings, prompts shown or chosen, and round timing.
• Accounts: email address, display name, authentication details managed by Supabase, custom prompts, pack access, account notifications, and—if supplied—date of birth.
• Support: the details you submit through a contact or content-report form.
• Technical data: security and request logs that our hosting and database providers need to operate the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to run rooms, maintain accounts and custom content, improve prompt quality and game balance, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and keep the service secure. A supplied date of birth is kept in private account details and used only to determine access to age-restricted prompt categories. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the web application, Supabase provides authentication and database services, and Stripe handles prompt-pack checkout and payment events. If the optional AI translation feature is used, the text submitted for translation may be sent to OpenAI. See the service-specific notices of these providers for their own processing details.

Advertising preparation

Real advertising is currently disabled. Placeholder spaces do not contact an advertising network. Before advertising is activated, this notice will identify the advertising provider, its purposes, applicable retention details, third-party advertising technology providers, and whether personalized or non-personalized ads are used. Google AdSense is the expected initial provider but is not active yet.

Consent and advertising choices

Optional analytics and future advertising storage are disabled until you make a choice. You may accept, reject, choose purposes separately, or reopen Privacy preferences from the footer to change or withdraw consent. A Google-certified consent management platform must replace or connect to this preparation layer before Google advertising is enabled in the EEA, UK or Switzerland. Refusing optional purposes does not prevent you from playing.

Your privacy rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and complain to a supervisory authority. Signed-in users can download a copy of current account-linked application data from the Account page. Use the Contact page for correction, deletion, or another privacy request. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.

Retention and your choices

Inactive rooms are marked finished. The application has a proposed 30-day technical cleanup period for finished gameplay, but that period and its production schedule still require operational review. Account, purchase, redemption, support, security-log, and backup retention periods also require a documented operator decision. Until those decisions are complete, use the Contact page to request access, correction, or deletion.
